Adrienne Odom

Adrienne Odom, born on December 20, 1961, entered eternal rest on November 16, 2025. A beloved daughter, sister, aunt, and friend, Adrienne touched the lives of all who knew her with her strength, generosity, and unwavering dedication to her family and community.

Adrienne was born to the late Hozell and Teresa Odom Jr. She grew up surrounded by love and carried those values throughout her life.

She was a proud graduate of West Chester University in Pennsylvania, earning her Business Administration degree in 1983. Adrienne went on to build an impressive 34-year career with the Department of Defense, where she served faithfully as a Demand/Supply Chain Analyst Branch Chief. Her work ethic, leadership, and commitment to excellence left a lasting impact on her colleagues and the mission she supported.

Adrienne is survived by her loving siblings: Karen Odom, Hozell Odom III and his wife Barbara Odom, and Michael Lee. She also leaves behind her cherished niece, Keshia Drayton, and her husband, Paul Drayton; her great-niece, Jania Drayton; and her great-nephew, Paul M. Drayton, all of whom brought immense joy to her life.

Adrienne will be remembered for her warm spirit, her generous heart, and her deep devotion to her family and friends. Her presence will be profoundly missed, but her memory will forever live on in everyone who was blessed to know her.

A service will be held Saturday December 6, 2025 at 12:00 PM in the Bennett & Barden Funeral Home Chapel, 3215 Anderson Highway, Powhatan, VA 23139.
